Toyota of Orlando complaint by James Cregger

I was at the dealership so long that I got to know the salesmen somewhat. I trusted the salesman that worked with me,but, he did nothing he promised me.I am disabled & it takes things a while to set in me to where I can understand.The truck was $25995.00 on sale,after I got home & looked at my papers good , he started at the msrp price $32k +.Now I owe more than I should.He told me he would pay my trade off too. He did not.all but 2665.of it which he added to mine.I have bought a lot of cars & have as yet to meet a honest car salesman.They are all liars.

I like my Toyota & was going to buy my wife a Yaris, but not now or ever.

I think $2665 is the negative value on your truck that was carried toward new purchase. What it means is that they gave value of your truck less than what the dealership has to pay off. So, the difference value will be put toward new one purchase.
